Korea Research Association (KORA), affiliated with the Korean Statistical Office, is a non-profit organization representing the marketing and public opinion research industry. Since its establishment in 1992, the KORA has been committed to promoting the qualitative enhancement and rationalization of marketing and public opinion research activities and engaged in various initiatives to contribute to the development of the research industry and foster a healthy corporate culture. Currently, our regular and associate member companies lead the domestic marketing and public opinion research industry.
• We collect data on industry trends through monthly meetings of corporate representatives.
• We conduct meetings and workshops in practical fields such as fieldwork and IT, and strive to improve the quality of research through information exchange as well as joint DB program development and operation.
• We hold seminars on major issues related to marketing and public opinion surveys to disseminate new research techniques and use them as a window for retraining researchers.
• Keeping up with the rapidly changing trends in the global research market, we continue to conduct mutual exchanges with the Asia-Pacific Research Council (APRC) and the Worldwide Business Network (GRBN).
• Establishing a code of research ethics at the association level to enhance the credibility of research by ensuring members' compliance and contributing to the improvement of research qualities.
• Operating educational programs aimed at attracting outstanding talent to the research industry.
• Undertaking various promotional activities to enhance the status of industry and researcher.
